Why engage in Psychotherapy?
Our first home is where we grow up and experience our first relationships, our first joys and losses. These experiences shape our identity and self-worth. Feeling good and happy about yourself, knowing who you are, is like having a safe and stable home within yourself. Not everyone achieves this place early on, but it is up to you to get there. Finding balance, feeling happy and at your best, requires work and diligence to find what needs to be “remodeled,” what needs to be repaired and redesigned.
Psychotherapy is an investment in helping you to build a foundation that will help you feel worthy of love and belonging. During the storms of life come you can return to this internal home as a safe place to restore your energy and balance.

Experience and Background
For 20 years I’ve dedicated myself to helping my clients achieve desirable and lasting growth. I have worked extensively with adults, couples, families, and adolescents in a variety of settings.
I’m deeply committed to professional growth to best help people I work with in my private practice and am currently a candidate at The Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California. I provide psychoanalytically oriented depth therapy and often see patients more then once a week. This can be very effective in treating persistent, long standing difficulties, and painful behavioral patterns.
Arriving as an adult to the US from Poland, I understand the experience of being a foreigner and the process of acculturation. I provide therapy in English and Polish in my office and online.
I welcome people from diverse social
and cultural backgrounds.
